The Chancellery of the Head of the Imperial House of Russia is deeply saddened to announce the death on May 2, 2020, of Olga Nikolaevna Kulikovskaya (1926-2020). She was 94 years old.
Olga Kulikovskaya (née Pupynina, and, in her first marriage, Barton) was, from 1986, the third wife of Tikhon Nikolaevich Kulikovsky (1917-1993), the son of H.I.H. Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna (1882-1960) from her second marriage to Colonel N. A. Kulikovsky (1881-1958).
Olga Kulikovskaya participated widely in public service, donated to the Russian Orthodox Church a number of relics from the Imperial Family that had been in the possession of the Kulikovsky family, and did much to promote the artwork of her husband’s mother, Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna.
The Head of the Imperial House, H.I.H. the Grand Duchess Maria of Russia, and her son and heir, H.I.H. the Grand Duke George of Russia, extend their deepest condolences to the family and friends of the newly reposed Olga Kulikovskaya, and pray for the repose of soul.
May the Lord grant the remission of sins, committed in knowledge or in ignorance, of his servant Olga, and receive her soul into His Heavenly Abode.
Eternal memory! Вечная память!
